Lightning Storm

Last night, we had a huge thunderstorm take out our power (briefly) and then put on a fireworks display just to the south of us. So at midnight, I am out in the driveway taking pictures of lighting... probably not the recommended way to avoid getting hit...

While I realize these are not the most beautiful scenery, I am still pretty pleased with them. I am starting to figure out a few more aspects of getting these shots right. The first time, you could hardly tell where the lightning was. This time, it is crisp and clear. So anyway, enough rambling... enjoy the pictures...
